DrainGuard MY is a web workspace for local-authority and contractor drainage-maintenance teams. Supervisors see a ranked, explainable inspection list, issue work orders to crews, and review geotagged photo evidence before closing each job.
Drain register & map
Import your drain register from CSV with a validation preview. Rows with missing locations or bad values are listed, never silently dropped.
Transparent priority score
A 0–100 inspection-priority score from four visible factors: verified repeat reports, time since verified cleaning, prior actionable inspections and a supervisor-set vulnerability rating. Missing data lowers confidence instead of guessing.
Supervisor-approved jobs
The ranking is only a suggestion. A supervisor signs off every work order, assigns the crew and accepts or reopens the submitted work.
Crew mobile view
Crews record arrival, notes, before/after photos and completion on their phones. Uploads that fail on a weak signal stay queued and visible until they succeed.
Evidence & audit trail
Photos are stored privately and shown only through short-lived links. Every status change is written to an append-only log.
Pilot metrics & exports
Backlog, report-to-inspection time, assignment-to-completion time, repeat complaints and evidence completeness — each with its denominator — exportable as CSV.
